Distinction Awards

A joint committee recognizes significant business results that have impact for the business currently and in the future three times a year. The awards focus on team and employee efforts to drive productivity, open new markets, redesign business processes, proposals to develop a new process or products or enhance client satisfaction/drive revenue.

Spot Awards

Managers may give a spot award ($50-$1,000) at any time to an employee who has performed in an extraordinary way. Cross functional awards are encouraged and employees are encouraged to recommend spot awards for their colleagues.

Thank You Awards

Employees can spontaneously thank each other for their collaboration and support sending a bottle of wine, Amazon gift certificate, or movie tickets for a welcome helping hand. This program is employee managed and initiated.
